The sun had barely risen in Okina City as Marie, Yukiko, Rise, and Naoto all walked to meet with Chie. She had contacted all of them the night before, saying that they were all to meet her at a gym in the City. As the four entered, they realized that the gym was completely empty, all except for Chie waiting by the reception counter. “Hey everyone! Sorry for the last-second message, but it’s pretty important!” Yukiko yawned. “Couldn’t it have been a bit later?” “Well you’ll understand why it had to be now in a bit. Now, we all remember the Midnight Channel. Things are peaceful with it now, but what if an incident were to occur involving it again?” “Is that even possible?” Naoto said. She looked at Marie. “I’m not entirely sure, but possibly.” Marie pondered. “See? So I thought, we should all train to prepare in case something goes wrong again!” “That’s a nice idea and all,” responded Yukiko. “But without any violent shadows to train off of anymore, how are we supposed to get stronger?”
